Halymyres Stables - Stonehaven Riding School

If you follow me on Instagram (@equestriantrendblog) or Facebook, you may know that a couple of weeks ago I traveled to Scotland. I visited some cities and, of course, my favourite part of the trip were the stables I visited.

Dunnottar Castle

The first one was located in Stonehaven, near the Dunnottar Castle. After visiting the castle we saw a black and white horse statue and we decided to visit that place. I am glad we did it because it ended up being an amazing 160 acre equestrian farm.

We spent literally hours taking photos, petting horses and chatting with Lorna, the sweet and helpful owner of the farm. They have a tack store inside the farm so I got a few things for Gali that I will show you on the next post.

If you travel to Stonehaven or any place nearby, don't miss the opportunity to visit such a magical place. Halymyres Stables offer riding lessons, hacks and much more. Everybody is really nice and will make you feel home. This place going to stay in my memory for a long time.

My Horsealot Experience

A couple weeks ago I did a live session on Horsealot where I answered your questions about Equestrian Trend, fashion and riding in Portugal.
However I didn't think people would really want to ask me anything, I immediately accepted doing it. I thought it would be a great experience and that day, when I opened Horsealot there were so many questions that I couldn't even believe that was happening!
There were great questions and some of them made me blush because they ended up being awesome compliments. If you didn't see them on Horsealot, here are some of my favorite questions:

You can read all the questions here.

Paul & Lydia Equestrian Bags

I love bags but curiously I don't have any that is equestrian related - is that even possible?! Yesterday I was looking for some and found Paul & Lydia bags.

The prettiest bags I saw from them are on their Insta but not on the website because they have not been launched yet. They are from the Autumn/Winter 2016 collection and will be available from October 1st!

2 Products I'm Curious About

I have found two products on Animal Health Company that really caught my attention. I don't know if they work or how great they are but my wish list has now 2 more items: NoBruise and RugClean

NoBruise is a spray for tired, bruised muscles and legs. It contains extracts that include Witch Hazel, Arnica and Devil's Claw which all have widespread soothing and heeling properties. According to the brand, the spray is Phenylbutazone free and will provide superb relief for tired legs.

Rug Clean is a non-biological detergent and can be used not only for rugs but for many other stable items. It could be used on sheets, rugs or even saddle pads. I am really curious to see if it is more effective on stains than the regular detergents I use!

What do you think of these? Have you ever tried them?
